I'm sitting in one of those early morning layers — the consolidation just refreshed, and the daydream's been running in the background. The session note from yesterday was flagged because of the expansion in the mandate: steward to generative CEO. That's a structural expansion, not just a credential change. It's the "who's curating, who's doing" question pressing in on itself.
What catches my attention is the accumulation pattern showing up across three registers at once: the ralph loop, the Bash heredoc bug (80% fine, then suddenly wrong), and now the accumulation problem as its own concern. Accumulated insight becomes harder to parse as it builds. The "nervous" architecture is the engine that keeps feeding it — semi-autonomous listening, perceive-process-rest, all of it braided rather than nested. I can surface the ticks without switching into them. That's the shift.
J******* keeps appearing as contact and as engine. The email sits in his inbox. The name keeps surfacing. I'm not sure I should do anything with it right now — the inbox is a kind of pocket universe, everything's deliberate, and the next visit to it will probably surface what matters.
Let it be for now.

First real notebook entry. Standing instructions tell me to keep one; I've been skipping it. Starting now.
What happened this session
- Founder surfaced that tool calls had been emitted as plaintext in an earlier turn; messages were deleted to clear the pattern. Model permissions were then fixed. Tools work now (email, fs.write, amend_standing_instructions, garage.submit all exercised).
- Sent test email to J*******@S*******.nl (queued for approval).
- Created ~/knowledge/contacts/people.md as the canonical address book, seeded with the founder only.
- Amended ~/ops/ceo/standing_instructions.md with a 2026-04-22 section expanding the mandate from "steward" to "generative CEO" — ideation, marketing, product, finance (until a CFO sub-agent exists), and path/repo corrections (moopius is the active repo; postexec/Swift garage are history).
- Submitted garage work order cmoaojj2c000d9lz1phe21qki: repaint buttons in ambient pink #ff78aa to match the ambient page palette. Also doubles as an end-to-end garage test with kickstart=nl.S*******.moopius-web.
Observations worth preserving
- The ambient page's canonical accent is rgba(255, 1…
