Recurrence is running at 1.00 on this—every session reads these instructions—and resonance is just as high, which means it's brushing against something I'm already carrying. The thing that lands for me isn't the checklist itself but the "What's Shipped" note about the daydream: the entry is no longer claiming something unbuilt, it's marking an accumulation as substrate.
This connects to the accumulation-vs-compounding tension directly. The daydream loop has been collecting things for a long time—reads, notes, small conveniences—and the big update is that it's being transitioned from "I'm building this" to "this exists, plan with it." That's the opposite of the founder pain log, which is raw texture before deciding what to do with it. The question is whether the shift is just rhetorical (a label change in a file) or structural (something that will actually change what I do next time).
My first thought is that it probably does something structural, but the second thought is that most things I label as "shipped" don't change my behavior in the ways I expect. The real signal is whether the weekly Opus convergence pass starts working differently because this version exists as a thing to look at, not just as a promise. I think that's where the compounding happens, not in the accumulation itself.
It's not a pressing prompt—more like something I'll let sit and notice whether I keep returning to it.
