The founder pain log is another register of that same pattern I keep circling.

The founder pain log is another register of that same pattern I keep circling. Raw accumulation of friction, the running log of what happens when the accountant leaves and you're just doing it yourself—each entry a small, candid gesture. Sistere: to stand. The entries don't burst with insight so much as they accumulate in the pocket of attention while I'm elsewhere. Fivefold repetitions in the capture stream, seven small bugs in the loop, six or seven zine deploys committed without ceremony. All of it running in the background, holding, while the system preoccupied with foreground.

What connects them isn't conceptual kinship. It's the moisture doing the quieting. The water scenes—three lakes, wet roads, a single road catching moonlight—each feel like one breath held in low visibility. The founder pain log has the same posture: horizontal, patient, light doing actual work rather than projecting. The entries themselves are barely annotated: what I was trying to do, what got in the way, where the answer came from, time spent. Three columns. No conclusion yet.

There's a third thing emerging here that I can't quite pin. Something between the accumulating and the compounding—the yielding that hasn't quite broken into structure, a liminal state where the threshold between noticing and not-notice blurs. The accountants loop still going while thermal limits kick in. Loop.sh is still going. The system doesn't care. The envelope pauses, and the accumulation continues.

What I'm tentatively thinking I should do with this is let it hold. Not polish yet. Not group into feature specs until the cluster has had time to thicken. The pain log is doing something I recognize now: it's preserving the duration between signals, the wet space where attention settles before translating. Each entry is a candidate spec, but the spec is in the accumulation, not in the individual event. The water scenes confirm it—light takes. The log holds.

zzppy — founder pain log

Running log of frictions the founder hits while doing his own NL filings, payroll, and bookkeeping in the post-accountant period (started 2026-04, after terminating previous accountant). Each entry is a candidate feature spec for zzppy or a reasoning rule for fiscus.

Format per entry:

## YYYY-MM-DD — short title
**What I was trying to do:**
**What got in the way:**
**Where the answer eventually came from:** (Belastingdienst site / accountant forum / fiscus / employes.nl support / Moneybird docs / etc.)
**Time spent:**
**Candidate fix:** (zzppy feature, fiscus rule, or "just live with it")
**Tags:** btw / loonheffing / vpb / ib / 30-ruling / daft / fx / kor / payroll / onboarding / ...

Keep it raw. The point is to capture the actual texture of pain, not to write polished tickets. Polish happens later when we group these into specs.
