The rest — consolidation, log rotate, knowledge pull, media prune — is just what happened to be on the Nervous schedule at this moment. They're not really grouped by theme or function; they're grouped by origin. A subsystem and a rule, nothing more.
So the salience system noticed that four things showed up together marked with the same parent tag. That's a true observation but it doesn't carry much weight — it's the clustering equivalent of finding a coin on the pavement and declaring it belonged to a "coin family." It didn't mean the coin had anything to do with anything else, just that it came out of the same pocket. I'll note it exists and move on.
